Ingo Grothues has been working in the telecommunications R&D sector for more than ten years with a focus on infrastructure and system design. After his studies in Information and Communication Technology at RWTH Aachen University, he worked as Research Engineer at the Ericsson Eurolab on virtualization of communication systems and development of the new Cloud product line. Since 2013 he is working as IT-Engineer for telecommunication infrastructures at the LVM Insurance Company, which is using Asterisk with 12,000 employees at headquarters and remote offices.
